When you place an order using the ADD TO CART button it will direct you to PAYPAL (no Paypal account is needed), It will show you your purchases in a cart, press CHECKOUT and proceed to enter you Card details with delivery address, Paypal will send us an E-mail if the transaction is succesful.

Delivery

Our standard 2 - 5 working day delivery service is from Monday to Friday (not weekends) to most mainland UK adresses and costs £5.00 including Vat under £100.00, Any sales over £100.00 is FREE of Charge.

Only dispatching within the UK mainland - England & Wales and Scotland & Central Border. Please check our postcode list.

Please allow up to 14 Days if item is not in stock.

A signature is required for orders sent by courier, someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the item.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is simple, if an item is faulty or becomes defective within 30 days of purchase we will replace the item with another one. After the 30 days we will repair the item FREE of charge or replace if unrepairable. If that item is no longer available we will replace it with a costing equivalent. If we feel that an item has been dropped or mistreated that has caused a fault, a charge might be incurred.

Any refunds, replacements or exchange are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of returned item(s). Any form of refund will be made in the same form of original purchase - PAYPAL Transfer.

When an item has to be returned to us it must be returned in the original manufacturing packaging with all mains leads and instruction manuals.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit as you are responsible for returning the item to us - We recommend you use a recorded or special delivery service.
